We are pleased to present this charming property on the hamlet of Ter Moere. As part of Nieuwvliet, this community has only a few houses and mainly farms, each of which overlooks the fields. So does this property at Ter Moere 7. This modern extended house with guest house has beautiful views all around. From your sofa, you look out daily over Nieuwvliet's vast polders, which you see changing season after season.
Layout:
You enter the house through the recently realised entrance hall, with on the right a storage room with connection for the washing machine and dryer, on the left a double sliding door towards the house and in front of you the first picturesque view of the polder landscape in which the house stands. If you walk through, you will enter the spacious dining room with the first access to the garden. Next is the open kitchen with passage to the living room. The country-style kitchen is equipped with various appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, double sink and combination microwave oven. Cooking is done on a spacious five-burner gas cooker: an appliance set up against the back of a renovated fireplace that gives the living room the necessary atmosphere in winter. Together with the oak parquet on the floors and the beautiful view from the garden, you can fully experience rural life.
A second sitting room then leads you to a smaller hall where you will find the meter cupboard, a guest toilet, separate front door and two rooms that were until recently used as a lounge.
